I am a coach and consultant.  I enjoy equipping leaders to practice fundraising as a ministry.  I have coached hundreds of pastors and lay leaders to preach stewardship and ask for generosity.  Since 2006, I have provided consulting for church leaders on capital campaign development and implementation.

For six years, I was the stewardship development director at Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC. In those six years, we:

• Completed a $24 million capital campaign

• Developed an emerging leaders’ ministry

• Celebrated the growth of the operating budget

• Launched a legacy initiative that doubled the number of legacy commitments

• Ignited three new stewardship ministry teams 

• Quadrupled the number of stewardship ministry disciples

• Created a stewardship ministry podcast
